MESH Transportation

Multidisciplinary Engineering and Sciences Hall (MESH) Transportation by Lyft

Indiana University provides transportation services to MESH through Lyft.  Lyft offers a safe, flexible, and cost-effective solution.

Service Locations

Lyft provide rides for eligible students and faculty between MESH and Luddy Hall or Swain Hall West.

MESH Lyft service is available 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

After 8 p.m., IU Ride is available 7 days a week, until 1:45 a.m. during the academic semesters and until 1 a.m. during the summer.

As with any ride share service, there will be some variation in driver availability and the time between submitting a ride request and pickup. Rider’s should plan accordingly and allow amply time to move between MESH and campus.

Cost and Eligibility

The university is providing a credit to cover the cost of the ride between MESH and Luddy Hall or MESH and Swain Hall West. Lyft requests to any other locations will be at the expense of the rider. Driver tips are not covered by IU and are at the discretion of the rider.
